Action Property Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at a luxury residential community in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be the heart of the community, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and vendors. From handling daily resident requests to coordinating community events, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive and engaging living experience. Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefitsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What You’ll Do:Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.Greet and verify vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.Respond to resident and vendor inquiries via email and in person, providing prompt and courteous assistance.Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling service elevators, key distribution, and resident orientation.Manage package deliveries and oversee amenity reservations.Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity.Collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns and ensure smooth community operations.Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating resident records, and maintaining office organization.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience):Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.Experience in Hospitality Management or Lodging/Hotel Hospitality is highly desired.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.A team player with a positive and professional demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred but not required).
