As a Business Development Operations (BD-Ops) Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our Business Development (BD) team. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of BD Operations, providing you with a solid foundation for a career in this field. You will work closely with our BD Operations team to support key initiatives and projects.

What you'll do:

• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to business development activities. This may include market research, competitive analysis, and financial data.
• Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to track BD performance metrics. Summarize findings and present them to the BD Operations team.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements within BD operations. Make recommendations and assist in implementing changes.
• Proposal Support: Aid in the preparation and organization of proposal materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation and records related to BD initiatives, contracts, and agreements.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and market opportunities to support BD strategy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to support BD objectives and ensure alignment across the organization.

Required qualifications:

• You are an undergraduate, graduate or PhD student expected to graduate in December 2024 or Spring 2025.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
