Job Description

As Global Renewals Program Manager, you drive strategic programs and projects for our Global Renewals team. You're responsible for planning, reliability, and automation of our Renewals systems and processes and working with our internal business partners to align these processes within our systems and tooling. The role focuses on ensuring our renewal systems and reporting are enhanced based on our business needs with the aim of helping the Renewals team scale and exceed business outcomes. 

In this role, you'll be the main communication channel between Renewals Leadership and Business Systems teams regarding JIRA stories and special projects. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with our Post-Sales GTM Enablement and Sales Enablement organizations to deliver team enablement on existing and future programs and processes. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, driven individual with enablement experience and appreciates working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading complex data analysis and problems to resolution
  • Partner with Salesforce Architects to enhance existing and implement new process design and automation.
  • Partner with Renewals stakeholders and Business Systems to manage program/project-related epics, stories, and releases.
  • Align with internal global teams to break down details of issues and solutions needed.
  • Coordinate with all primary internal operations for automated and reliable systems
  • Generalist mindset and thought process about company products, mission, and long-term strategy.
  • Strong understanding of operations process and life cycle for sales, partner team, renewals, licensing, finance, and compliance
  • Internal operations systems knowledge for global operations
  • Work with business partners and Renewals team members to lead end-to-end testing of new solutions before production launch.
  • Present and communicate the status of the project to management for global initiatives.
  • Partner with Post-Sales Enablement to ensure that process enablement is scoped and delivered effectively.
  • Lead solution sessions for global process change
  • Accountable for the project Risk, Issue, and Change Management processes, analysis, reporting, and escalation, developing, maintaining, reviewing, and disseminating all Renewals documentation.
  • Responsible for managing multiple large and complex projects at one time.
  • Obtain stakeholder buy-in and proactively manage expectations throughout program and project lifecycles.
  • Adhere to and promote project management tools, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex products and procedures.
  • Meet with project stakeholders to capture business requirements, critical milestones, and dependencies.
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders and establish ongoing cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Systems, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management organizations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years successfully managing large and complex projects from inception to completion, overseeing direct/indirect reports and vendors. 

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with product development and production support areas.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, principles, and methodologies.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Strong internal and external client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure; ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Team awareness - recognizes and understands personal and team dynamics and relationships; empathizes with stakeholder concerns; recognizes motivational issues and effectively influences more desirable outcomes or provides incentives, as necessary.
  • Pragmatic and flexible in project management approach, tailoring their style to the needs of their projects, teams, and business partners.
