Spare Parts Customer Service Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a manufacturing client in Swedesboro, NJ hiring for a customer support specialist. This position will be supporting customers in their spare parts department with order processing and product information. Applicants with strong communication skills and a technical experience are encouraged to apply.

Description

• Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products
• Preparation of spare part quotations
• Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system
• Following up on delivery times and order status
• Invoicing customer and updating account information
• Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings
• Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned
• Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements
• Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Microsoft office
• Ability to read blueprints
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
• Experience working with machines highly preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
