You'll play an important role in:
- screening and evaluating M&A and business development opportunities across the renewable energy sector
- building and maintaining financial models to assess project economics, valuations, and investment cases
- supporting commercial due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional workstreams
- preparing analyses, recommendations, and decision materials for internal stakeholders and investment approvals
- supporting the pricing, structuring, and risk assessment of commercial agreements and revenue contracts
- contributing directly to the execution and closing of transactions across the Americas.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience within investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, business development, renewable energy, or a related commercial environment
- possess strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities and enjoy working with complex datasets
- understand the commercial drivers that create value in renewable energy and infrastructure projects
- can communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority
- thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and transactions move quickly
- hold a degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Maybe you've read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don't quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
