Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for partner practices to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide outstanding patient care.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules.
  • Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Provide individual coaching and support to partner practices to address specific learning needs and enhance their clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop training solutions to address those needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members joining our partnership to ensure a smooth transition and integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, such as healthcare administration or education or minimum of (2) years experience in dentistry or orthodontics.
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of dentistry principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals, including dentists, administrators, and other team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
  • Experience working with Dentrix and Denticon practice software, highly preferred.
  • Travel up to 75%
