Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the highly visible Finance organization at Match.  The Senior Analyst will provide high quality financial analysis and reporting to enable the company and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives.  Primary functions will include budgeting associated with the annual strategic plan cycle, monthly P&L reforecasting and ad-hoc analyses in support of various businesses within Match.com.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Maintain and update monthly forecast and budget models
• Track and analyze subscriber information
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for senior management which include maintaining metrics information and graphs
• Work with senior leaders, finance management and peers on strategic and ad hoc projects as they arise, including cross-functional marketing, account management and revenue operation teams.

We could be a match if:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• You have 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, planning and analysis in a consumer based environment
• You are analytical with a strong attention to detail
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment
• You are able to balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision
• You are driven to meet and exceed goals regarding quality and delivery of analysis and projects
• You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You have OneStream knowledge (preferred)
• You have subscription business knowledge/experience (preferred)
