Temporary Global Customer Service Business Systems Administrator

The GCS Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that Global Customer Service employees have appropriate access to systems. This employee will be expected to onboard and offboard new and departing employees and ensure that current employees have correct permissions and metadata. The ideal candidate will have the skills and abilities to entirely own access to GCS systems, and will be capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts to improve software and processes related to GCS system access. Responsibilities: 1.Ensure new GCS employees (both at Stubhub and at our outsource partners) have access to GCS systems and correct permissions within those systems 2.Offboard employees from GCS systems and coordinate offboarding with other internal teams 3.Maintain a working knowledge of GCS systems including Stubhub proprietary tools, Amazon Connect, Twilio, etc. 4.Audit systems to ensure that appropriate permissions are given to employees 5.Maintain GCS employee metadata accuracy 6.Build reports presenting aggregated employee information 7.Provide ad hoc support for strategic initiatives 8.Document processes, assess and propose improvements. 9.Document deficiencies and enhancements with systems and report them to higher-level teams for remediation Competencies: 1.Data-Obsessed, inquisitive, root all decisions in data and ensure its integrity. 2.Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear problems and deliverables 3.Must be flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to effectively cope with an ever-changing environment. 4.Strong outside-the-box problem solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
