Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role
Are you an experienced leader in industrial electrical project management? Our team is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator – Industrial Electrical to oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects in industrial settings. This position plays a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects, leading a team of professionals, coordinating resources, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large-scale industrial electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for new projects.
- Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and risks proactively.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in industrial electrical projects.
- Proven ability to estimate project costs and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems and industrial settings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
