Pay rate: $90,000 - $100,000 per year DOE

Location: 5000 Birch St Suite 1400, Newport Beach, CA 92660

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week), with one evening shift per week required.

Embark Behavioral Health is hiring an Enrollment Director for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) clinic in Newport Beach, CA serving adolescents ages 12–17. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with a seasoned Leadership Team, a dedicated Clinic Director, and a multidisciplinary staff to guide families through the admissions process and ensure timely, compassionate care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and provide orientation for new clients and their families, including suicide risk screenings when needed.
  • Plan and oversee timely admissions, coordinating with national and local teams and communicating clearly with staff.
  • Monitor and provide care for individuals at moderate or high suicide risk, contributing to treatment team meetings.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions as assigned.
  • Supervise and support multiple staff members, providing both clinical and administrative oversight.
  • Assist the Executive Director with leadership duties including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop strategies to meet census goals and create reports showing admissions trends for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Full state licensure in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience conducting behavioral health assessments.
  • Proficiency in administering suicide screening tools such as the C-SSRS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
