We are currently seeking an experienced and talented personal lines professional to join our New Business Team. This position will work closely with industry leading Private Client Executive to assist with meeting clients and potential clients as well as serve as a key relationship manager for High Net Worth clients.
The selected incumbent will maintain excellent relationships with all types of clientele and insurance carriers, provide thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, communicate coverage recommendations and options to clients, and negotiate favorable coverages and rates.

- 5 years personal lines experience in a similar role with an insurance agency/brokerage dealing with national insurance carriers
- A valid Property & Casualty insurance broker’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Superior time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience with EPIC, TAM, and other Agency Management Systems
- Proven ability and experience with new business placement with private client carrier market as well as excess and surplus market
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
