Administrative Lead - Indiana Educators Fellowship

If you are enthusiastic about cultivating a space for renewal, reflection, and relationships designed for educators in Indiana and beyond, we invite you to join our team. The Indiana Educator Fellowships (IEF) is a portfolio of three external facing professional development programs for school leaders, teachers, and early education center directors  hosted by The Oaks Academy. IEF is rooted in the heartfelt belief that our call to know and love others transcends the walls of The Oaks. Entering our seventh year of programming with over 100 alumni, the fellowship tables are growing and open to all, cross-sector, faith perspective, geography and experience levels.  

We are seeking a temporary, part-time Administrative Lead for the School Leader, Teacher Renewal Fellowship, and Early Education Collaborative Workshop programs from September 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025 (flex scheduling). We are seeking someone who is passionate about building relationships and possesses strong organizational skills. 

Founded in 1998, The Oaks Academy is a Christ-centered school that exists to provide a rich, classical education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, preparing them to succeed in a rigorous secondary educational program and to demonstrate spiritual, social and emotional maturity. Currently on three campuses, serving over 1,000 students, The Oaks Academy will continue to grow to serve more children.
