Working within our innovative Respiratory Global Portfolio and Product Strategy (GPPS) team and reporting to the Global Commercial Head, you will shape the future of this brand across two disease areas. The Global Associate Marketing Director will be pivotal in preparing for launch, embedding our disease and brand narratives in omnichannel communications, building the value proposition of the brand to include new evidence and our commitment to sustainability to drive the brand ambition in the future a.
The Global Associate Marketing Director will have a unique opportunity to lead the development of promotional brand strategy and omnichannel materials to grow the brand as a differentiated market leader. The brand is currently the fastest growing brand in the fastest growing respiratory class. Your pivotal role will ensure efforts that drive both short-term success and maximize long-term brand value.
What You'll Do:
Champion the implementation of global strategies in local markets to accelerate brand growth and enhance differentiation.
Direct the development of strategies, tactics, and materials for healthcare providers (HCPs), patients, and pharmacists, partnering with agencies and coordinating feedback from external and internal stakeholders.
Leverage innovative approaches, including artificial intelligence, to get deeper customer insights, more efficient business insights and generate breakthrough communications.
Integrate insights from business, medical, and payer teams into the global brand strategy. Identify potential risks, opportunities, and uncertainties, and develop proactive plans.
Ensure pull through of new evidence and brand narrative through omnichannel assets, including core visual aid, digital communications working closely with medical, market access and marketing company colleagues,
Build omnichannel design strategy, co-create content with global and local colleagues in a modular fashion to increase speed to market, drive market implementation and measure success.
Lead competitive scenario planning, increase asset competitiveness, drive external perception of differentiation and brand advocacy and ensure internal confidence in addressing competitive pressure.
Support accurate forecasting and financial modeling throughout the annual and quarterly business planning cycles, ensuring alignment with Therapeutic Area strategy and broader Biopharmaceutical Business Unit goals.
Collaborate effectively across a global matrix team, engaging with medical, commercial, market access, regulatory, compliance colleagues as well as commercial and medical colleagues from key regions and markets.
Lead internal engagement initiatives to drive internal excitement, to ensure cross-functional alignment and to strengthen confidence in strategy, product differentiation, and winning ambition with the brand.
Collaborate with team members across brands and therapeutic areas to get new ideas, overcome barriers and identify efficiencies towards the business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in science.
Experience in the healthcare or biopharma industry, with a strong preference for the respiratory therapeutic area.
7+ years of marketing experience, encompassing customer insight, positioning, value propositions, segmentation, and targeting.
Solid understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies, and tools, including product profiling, positioning, forecasting, pricing and
