Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale HRIS projects and system implementations.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical HR system issues.
- Design and develop strategic HR technology solutions to support business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior HRIS analysts and team members.
- Conduct comprehensive QA testing and ensure system integrity.
- Develop and deliver advanced training programs for HRIS users.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HRIS initiatives with strategic goals.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and enforce data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or related field of study and typically 4 or more years of related work experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- General experience across multiple Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits and interest to learn additional Workday modules
- Ability to apply HR functional knowledge within the HRIS in order to improve business processes and procedures
- Prior experience collaborating within Workday Community and with consultants to research and resolve issues and to proactively remain informed about Workday changes, alerts, and enhancements
- Possess a high level of integrity; ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Track record of leveraging AI within HR.
- Certification in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday Pro).
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- Highly collaborative; ability to work effectively in cross-functional team initiatives
- Strong customer service skills with experience working with diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and react to spontaneous changes in priorities
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
