Customer Service Representative

My responsibilities

• provide information for customers regarding products, opening times, in store services, warranty, voucher acceptance, stock availability, refund, etc. 
• handle queries and complaints by phone, e-mail and webform, creating and forwarding tickets 
• ensure high-level customer experience, even going the extra mile for a solution 
• contact ALDI stores on various matters 
• collaboration with other teams and departments 
• handle customer complaints from ALDI-stores 
• follow processes and policies to ensure appropriate response 
• make suggestions for excellent customer service 

The knowledge I own

• fluent English language skills in spoken and written (German is an advantage)
• high school diploma or higher education 
• customer-centric attitude, has excellent communication skills (customer care experience is an advantage) 
• experience of working in a ticketing system (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage) 
• quick-learner and open to new solutions 
• maintain high standards in your own work 
• team player, but able to work independently and make decisions 
• familiar with MS Office 
• willing to work on Saturdays (approx. 1.5 day per month)
