Senior Recruitment Specialist

This is a hybrid remote position that requires visiting the office once a week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to understand the specific requirements of each role.
• Manage the ATS System, and efficiently post open positions on a weekly basis.
• Leverage all sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed and more to build a strong candidate pool.
• Screen and process candidates for specific positions keeping the Hiring Manager informed.
• Coordinate candidate assessments, update trackers, and communicate results to the Hiring Manager.
• Schedule interviews and ensure the availability of the Hiring Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process by:
• Discussing hiring needs with the Hiring Manager for various positions.
• Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and new opportunities in recruitment and headhunting.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate selection processes, including passive searches
• Proficiency in utilizing job portals and various sourcing channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and persistent
• Strong listening and time management skills
• Exceptional project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
