We are seeking an experienced VP of Product Management to lead the transformation of our product offerings within the financial services vertical. This role reports to the Head of BR Customer Communications Product and requires a senior-level leader to collaborate across multiple product capability teams. The goal is to define and execute strategies that align with the company’s shift to a product platform model—driving economies of scale, improving regulatory compliance, and streamlining customer onboarding.

This role is pivotal to enhancing BRs standardized, scalable, SaaS-based platform as a leading provider of platform-based solutions in financial services, especially brokerage, wealth management, and investment advisory. Core to this role is building standardized solutions for client reporting and regulatory communications such as brokerage statements, trade confirmations, regulatory letters, and tax forms.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Standardization Strategy: Lead the strategy for standardizing client reporting and communication products to reduce custom efforts and improve delivery across brokerage and wealth management.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with capability teams to support transition from custom to standardized solutions and ensure regulatory alignment.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as a liaison among Product, Sales, Pricing, Engineering, and Client Relations to communicate the benefits of standardization and support the transition.

  • Operational Efficiency: Implement scalable processes to reduce timelines and costs while maintaining adaptability to specific client needs.

  • Market Analysis and Best Practices: Stay current on industry best practices and competitor offerings to maintain market leadership.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to track efficiency and success in onboarding, compliance, and delivery, and regularly report to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of software product management experience, ideally in financial services (brokerage, wealth management). MBA and FINRA licensing are a plus.

  • Proven senior-level leadership in product management within wealth management, especially under regulatory frameworks involving client reporting and communications.

  • Deep understanding of client reporting and communication tools—brokerage statements, confirmations, regulatory letters, tax forms, e-delivery.

  • Experience working across multiple product management teams in a large, matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving efficiency in regulated industries.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Sales, and Client Relations.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $185,000 - $200,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
