Export Account Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Internal order management (customer service back-office activities)
• Managing data in SAP
• Monitoring orders, collaborating with the related shipment teams and Customer Service departments
• Supporting the Sales and Product Team in the supply situation of products
• Inspecting Open Orders, evaluating demands and fixing incomplete orders
• Responsibility for generating outbound shipments per the shipment plan and coordinating with the Shipping Team
• Collaborating with Transportation, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Production Companies, and the Distribution Center to identify and address potential issues with the delivery of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions accordingly
• Coordinating and/or booking containers with freight forwarders
• Managing international shipping documents for both internal and external customers
• Manage return requests, shipping discrepancies, and credit notes
• Other duties as assigned
