Responsibilities
•    Perform some building systems repairs and maintenance 
•    Monitor customer request ticket que and complete various task requested by building occupants such as: changing light bulbs, flooring repairs, minor painting projects, cubicle rearranges, maintaining building bathroom equipment, replacing door hardware, etc. 
•    Perform 6S of your assigned areas
•    Provide timely response to tickets entered by building occupants 
•    Provide support for various building functions: 1) Set up for all hands meetings 2) Set up support for outdoor building functions  
•    Flexibility to assist operators and maintenance technicians when the need exists.

 

Qualifications

•    Must have experience with operating utility plant equipment including as detailed above. Maintenance experience on boilers and chillers desirable
•    Applicants must have basic computer skills, good written and verbal communications skills
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision
