We are looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner intern to join the TikTok Product and Design HR Business Partner team in 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 12-week long internship period.



- Support your assigned business unit(s) by gaining an understanding of business goals and helping to implement effective HR practices.

- Assist line management by providing HR guidance on areas like talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

- Help identify team and employee development needs, suggest solutions, and support the implementation of appropriate initiatives.

- Assist with managing employee disciplinary issues and offer advice to business leaders on handling each case.

- Collaborate with HR teams in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other areas to implement solutions.

- Support the employee engagement agenda within your business unit(s).

- Help promote and maintain TikTok's organizational culture through planning and supporting cultural activities.
