You will report directly to the GM, Europe based in London where our European strategy is developed, and lead a small but mighty local team. This is a general management role spanning demand and supply management, working closely with the team to test and scale commercial and operational growth initiatives while ensuring we meet our budget and financial objectives.  You’ll also work closely with cross functional teams to achieve our ambitious commercial goals. </p> <p>Join us in transforming lives, one task at a time.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Work On</strong></h3> <p>Delivering our country plan for France:</p> <ul> <li>Across both sides of the marketplace, demand generation and supply balance. </li> <li>Localising the market strategy to deliver core commercial goals incl, revenue and contribution margin.</li> <li>Overseeing all tactical and operational execution for all functions.</li> <li>Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to action key market opportunities.</li> <li>Manage on-the-ground initiatives that optimise and improve local fulfillment, supply activation and client retention.</li> <li>Lead a small but mighty team comprised of Marketing, Tasker Operations and Partner Management.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Areas of Expertise</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Overall 4+ years of experience driving P&amp;L growth in a commercial, general management or entrepreneurial role</li> <li>Effective communication, influencing and strategic thinking skills</li> <li>Leveraging data in decision making to optimise our plan locally</li> <li>A growth mindset and an ability to navigate ambiguity</li> <li>You’re comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>You love open, honest, healthy communication</li> </ul> <p>This role will be employed by Deel, an Employer of Record, on behalf of Taskrabbit Ltd.</p> <h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits: </strong></h3> <p>At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable.  total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is <span>€</span>69,400 - <span>€94,400</span>. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits.
