Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system

- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Manage onboardings for new hires

- Coordinate trainings for new hires

- Manage clearances and background checks for new hires

Requirements

 Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
