Facilities Specialist

Our partner in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage maintenance activities across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and oversee general maintenance of all properties.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure vendors adhere to the scope of work for maintenance and construction projects.
• Respond to building issues outside normal business hours, including emergencies and repairs.
• Assist with changes to workspace and inventory control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of facility maintenance experience in small to medium-sized office buildings.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with standard tools.
• Ability to interpret facility operation-related documents.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual motor vehicle check (MVR).
