Main Job Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and various other food preparation equipment used in the Central Kitchen
- Cleaning the bakery production areas and service areas
- Taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment
- Basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling items when needed
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to work in a busy bakery environment
- Ability to work independently and be accountable to the commissary team
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurement and packaging functions
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-60lbs on a regular basis
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
