Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areas
- Participate in development of department goals, objectives, and systems
- Interact with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team members
- Recommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areas
- Coordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team members
- Assist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- 2 + years HR experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong background with employee development, HR Process Management, and coaching
- Experience with investigations, analysis, and resolution for compliance/legal matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
