POSITION:  Production Team Member

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

STATUS: Part-Time

SHIFT -  (11 am until 6 pm for Monday through Thursday) No weekends

DIRECT REPORTS: 0

COMPENSATION: $14 to start

• We are currently seeking extremely dependable, punctual, hard-working, self-motivated people to be a part of our production staff.  

Essential Functions for Production Team Members:

•  Pouring, freezing, and extracting pops
•  Packaging and storing pops
•  Must be comfortable with repetition in motions and activities
•  Maintains line cleanliness and sanitation (pouring stations, floor, trash, and packaging machine)
•  Ability to complete daily, weekly and monthly sanitation procedures
•  Assists and works collaboratively with co-workers to complete tasks
•  Ability to multi-task safely in a fast-paced environment
•  Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Conditions for Production Team Members:

•  Working Conditions: Food manufacturing environment. Safety sensitive position due to regular interaction with heavy machinery.
•  Must be able to: perform moderate to heavy physical labor (lift 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally). Daily walking, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Some night and weekend work may be required.
•  COVID-19 Safety: We provide PPE, and our facility is deep cleaned daily. This position is not customer facing and we have modified our work stations to accommodate social distancing of 6 ft.

We started with just pops sold out of carts but now also cater, sell into grocery stores, developed a bar concept featuring our soon to be world famous Pop-tails, have started to franchise our cart business so people can bring KoP to their neighborhood, grow fruit on our farm, run a regional food distribution business and most importantly have fun doing all of it!

Beyond all that, what moves us the most is creating UMoHs or Unexpected Moments of Happiness. We do this in countless ways and are part of the fabric of our company.
