What YOU will do:
As the ERP CoE leader you will work with STENA leadership to develop technology roadmaps to support strategic plans, leveraging enterprise CoE resources, common suppliers, service-based (Cloud) technologies, and enterprise licensing and service agreements to the maximum extent possible to support their mission. Partnering with the CIO, the ERP CoE Leader will develop and drive system and technology rationalization plans that meet company needs, with a focus on standard process design across technologies. This person needs to be a strategic thinker, understanding the importance of connecting different process areas together, and can collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders. The Director will be responsible for leading a team of technical ERP experts who will partner with business-systems analyst, IT business partners, and other teams to design, build, test and implement ERP solutions for STENA. Other responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Execute the vision, strategy, roadmap and implementation of performance indicators and supporting metrics and trends for ERP solutions and ERP-related 3rd party applications.
- Own and lead overall CoE ERP development activities, including SAP related 3rd-party application service providers, system integration solutions and data warehousing / reporting.
- Manage 3rd-party service provider contract in support of common ERP technologies (e.g., database and platform support), overseeing all aspects of contractual terms, SLA’s, scope and performance.
- Continually assess the impact of emerging Enterprise technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the leadership team in a consultative capacity.
- Ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing ERP applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical and quality standards, guidance and reference architectures.
- Perform day-to-day management of the SAP operations and development team
What YOU need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems management, computer science, engineering, or related field required; a combination of education and experience may also be considered. Advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum ten (10+) years of progressive leadership experience supporting an enterprise IT environment required.
- Experience with SAP and SAP S4 Hana is preferred.
- Experience implementing and supporting multiple ERP programs is preferred.
- Multi-location experience required.
- Ability to present and work closely with business leaders on roadmap and strategy.
- Strong software knowledge and foundation.
- Ability to work with the business on key metrics, dashboards, reporting, and other valuable data within the SAP landscape.
