The Salvation Army is currently hiring individuals who are passionate about their career path in the field of Human Services at a rate of $19.00-$19.50 per hour with various shifts available.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking Per-Diem Resident Assistants to join our team of eclectic caregivers.

Job Expectations:

• PT, On-Call, Overnights, and Full-Time
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• Must be dependable and have access to reliable, consistent transportation.
• Must be able to critically think through challenging situations and work collaboratively with shift members to problem solve.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Technical School required
• Associates degree preferred

Work/Internship Experience:

• More than One (1) year work/internship with required Educational

Other Requirements:

• Ability to pass Drug Screen and Comprehensive Background Investigation
• Valid NYS Driver License
• Willingness to train and Drive 12 Passenger Van
• Physical capabilities to perform general maintenance and/or cleaning tasks
