Life and Retirement is a unique franchise that brings together a broad portfolio of life insurance, retirement and institutional products offered through an extensive, multichannel distribution network. It holds longstanding, leading market positions in many of the markets it serves in the U.S.

Specific Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Analytics team to ensure representation and partnership between LC&C operations and IT to maximize efficiencies and improve system functionality.
• Assist management in identifying and providing feedback on team bench strength and knowledge base to support business continuity efforts and eliminate operational risk.
• Analytical ability, problem solver, can self-motivate to research answers to questions. Experience with independent research and summarization of information.
• Instrumental in the development and distribution of proactive communication plans to internal and external stakeholders as we identify and resolve compensation related issues to improve the customer experience.
• Lead operational projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and tactical business results including identify/reviews of organization’s risk management policies and procedures. For example TLOP, 1099s, and MDRT.
• Clearly and concisely communicate issue observations, or other key messages as needed to a variety of constituents, including senior business and audit management, both verbally and through written reports. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
