Position overview:

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Bureau of Medical Administrative Support is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Human Resources team in the role of Human Resources Representative. This position compiles and reviews personnel transactions to certify compliance with Rules, Pay Plan, Labor Contracts, and agency policies and procedures, assist with new employee’s orientation program and interpret Central Management Services (CMS) and Agency rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in evaluating the operations of Personnel implementation objectives for improvement.
