In this role, you will:
Safely operate high speed tissue manufacturing equipment
Master manufacturing requirements including equipment troubleshooting and basic repair through a self-directive training program
Engage as a member of a high performing team using business communication skills effectively
Maintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay, and quality reports
Practice good housekeeping by keeping the machines and surrounding area clean

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate
Have 1+ years of continuous work experience.
Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
Have a working knowledge of general mathematics, computer software (Email, SAP, MS Office, etc.), and able to demonstrate mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution
Have a basic understanding and application of safety policies and practices
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders and ramps
Perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching movements
Reach above shoulder height
Use strong gripping hand functions
Work in regularly hot environments with exposures to high noise levels
Work with exposure to chemicals in an environment with dust and mist
Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year manufacturing/industrial/distribution experience
College degree or Trade School certification from an accredited institution
Strong communication and leadership skills, including self-motivation
