HR Digital Products Scrum Master

EN’s success.  Connecting the core energy technology project delivery processes with the business-critical HR processes is one of the most critical of this end-to-end transformation. </p> <p>T.EN are looking for an experienced Business Relationship Scrum Master and DEVOPS administrator with Oracle Cloud exposure to oversee and guide our scrum teams. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <p>Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:</p> <p>Facilitate and guide the agile development process, ensuring that the team adheres to SCRUM principles and practices. Oversee sprint planning and execution, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment, ultimately aiming to deliver high-quality HR systems enhancements that meet stakeholder requirements efficiently.</p> <ul> <li>Guide the team in using Agile/SCRUM practices and principles.</li> <li>Ensure that the SCRUM framework is followed, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Assist the product owner in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.</li> <li>Facilitate sprint planning meetings to help the team commit to a set of deliverables.</li> <li>Monitor the progress of sprints and ensure that the team stays on track to meet their goals.</li> <li>Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.</li> <li>Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions.</li> <li>Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team.</li> <li>Encourage team members to share knowledge and work together effectively.</li> <li>Facilitate sprint retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Help the team implement changes to improve productivity and quality.</li> <li>Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.</li> <li>Provide regular updates on the progress of the project.</li> <li>Coach team members on Agile practices and principles.</li> <li>Track and report on key performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts.</li> <li>Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and maintained.</li> <li>Manage and optimize the use of Agile tools and software.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <p>Catch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and very strong customer oriented mindset</li> <li>Ability to handle interfaces with senior leadership in high pressure environments</li> <li>Strong experience and Business knowledge with several of the following Business processes: Talent acquisition, Talent management, Administration and Payroll, Compensation, Learning, International Mobility, Knowledge Management…</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge on these domains’ major technologies and vendors : Oracle HCM Cloud, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, other HR applications and experience of middleware integration solutions.</li> <li>Strong proactive and synthetics skills to anticipate, raise &amp; manage any topic</li> <li>Team and process-oriented spirit</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Certified scrum master</li> <li>Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum to deliver solutions.</li> <li>Leadership and management experience.</li> <li>Excellent people and project management skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p>Experiences in: </p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.</li> <li>10 years of professional experience in IT or Digital organizations including 5+ years of experience on global HR topics</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have: </p> <ul> <li>Energy Industry experience</li> <li>Data centric architecture and operations definition, experience with Master Data </li> <li>Solid IT background including Infrastructure and CyberSecurity aspects (Active Directory, Office365, hosting, connectivity, CyberSecurity standards…) </li> <li>Experience with BI architecture and technologies</li> <li>Experience working within HR departments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Languages: Excellent level of English </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Additiona Information:</strong></p> <p><span><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Permanent position</span></p> <p><span><strong>Work schedule: </strong>Full Time</span></p> <p><span><strong>Start Date: </strong>F
