Description
Conifer Park is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work to support senior managers support on the day to day clerical tasks. If you are the right fit for the role, see below a description of the regular workload:
Screens incoming telephone calls for the Executive Director, relays to other parties when necessary. Ensures meetings are scheduled timely. Develops and maintains filing system of inter- intra-facility correspondence, records and minutes (Governing Body, Executive Committee, etc.), and maintains follow-up system for same. Opens and screens mail addressed to CEO/Executive, Director and when appropriate reroutes. Maintains copy/fax machines for administrative staff. Assists with answer the front door, coordination of reservations and other purchases requested by the company. Responsible for special projects, assignments and other duties as assigned. Coordinates and administers donations to facility by community and individual giving (i.e., memorials, etc.). Provides record keeping of memberships and subscriptions. Administers, maintains and updates, privileging for required Medical Professionals. Participates in Performance Improvement Initiatives. Back-up to scheduling responsibilities, coordinating the staff and scheduling of nursing/medical and clinical departments, including scheduling per diems on a monthly basis. Coordinates staffing needs with outside staffing agencies when necessary, being mindful of departmental budget requirements.

Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science or related business degree with five years minimum equivalent experience. Demonstrated competence in organizational and administrative areas. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers. Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office platform. Experience with electronic medical record system preferred. Must have a keen eye for detail, excellent project coordination; time management skills, and ability to balance competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency.
