Job Description

With our growing customer base and projects, we are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join us share his expertise in CPQ, and help us provide the highest level of services to our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the business requirements gathering for the CPQ project, with an understanding of the technical configuration in CPQ
• Designing and configuring the appropriate CPQ solution to meet all requirements that client expectations are fulfilled regarding platform use cases and functionality
• Advising on the development and customization of solutions
• Configuring applications for demo sessions
• Managing the Renewal process, contract amendments, CPQ Quote generation, and revenue reporting
• Tracking subscriptions through orders, assets, and contracts

Qualifications

•  Ability to perform all required CPQ setup steps
• Strong understanding of the CPQ Data Model, product bundling, discounting capabilities, markups, etc.
• Familiarity with best practices for implementing products/price books where the majority of accounts have their own unique pricing structure
• Hands-on experience in tracking subscriptions through orders, assets, and contracts
• Experience in renewal management, contract amendments
•  Knowledge of CPQ Quote generation and revenue reporting
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and a project manager on complex projects
• Strong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions
• Understanding of CRM and customer care systems management
• Fluency in English
