We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Integration Platform team to drive the rapid development, iteration, and learning we need to build an ecosystem that scales to meet any customer demand.

You’ll join a cross-functional group dedicated to expanding the breadth and depth of Zapier’s integrations. You’ll work directly with customers and partners to provide experiences that maximize the power of Zapier’s growing ecosystem, and allow us to offer the most complete set of integrations on the internet.

• You’re a skilled designer and are continually growing. You have 5-8 years experience designing digital products in a fast paced environment. You have a strong understanding of the product development and design thinking process, from discovery and shaping to detailed product design work. You are ever looking to grow your skills and impact as a designer. Excellent visual design skills and ability to contribute to our design system.
• You optimize for speed of learning. You constantly search for signal from users. You understand how to synthesize insights and translate them into actionable plans. You communicate what you learn with your team and work with teammates to iterate on solutions.
• You thrive when presented with the unknown. The bigger the problem, the bigger your resolve. You stay focused on optimizing outcomes regardless of the many paths that could lead to it. You embrace letting go of ideas and exploring new options.
• You seek out input early and often. One of Zapier’s values is Growth Through Feedback and this applies to our design work too! You are comfortable setting your ego aside and getting other eyes on your work. You plan and facilitate collaborative sessions with other designers and cross-functional partners to build alignment.
