Through this challenging job, you will gain experience collaborating with various parts of the business in understanding requirements for system enhancements, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to the system where it is needed. The product that you oversee will be of the highest quality meeting all requirements within the scheduled timeframe.</p><p><strong>Who are we looking for? </strong></p><p>You! Above all, you are someone who takes initiative and thinks like an owner - you've defined your everywhere and lead others to find theirs all while launching Visa ahead of the game.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse needs and comply with accessibility standards.</li><li>Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and design specifications.</li><li>Leads and/or supports both product and technical discussions about how to apply existing and/or new technology in support of the business.</li><li>Create design documents, code, unit/functional test, document and implement new programs and subprograms, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software.</li><li>Take complete end-to-end technical &amp; engineering ownership of one or more applications.</li><li>Be at the forefront of translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.</li><li>Partner with Architecture and Business teams to provide best in class solutions.</li><li>Champion Agile to inspire change and continuous improvement throughout the delivery process.</li><li>Take a hands-on role in influencing and guiding day-to-day development activities by leading architecture decisions, participating in designs, design review, code review, and implementation.</li><li>Be the ambassador for engineering best practice across the development lifecycle and champion continuous improvement across the Centre.</li><li>Define solutions in terms of components, modules, and algorithms.</li><li>Development and Implementation of the proposed solution.</li><li>Use insights from user research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.</li><li>Must be able to understand the positioning of a solution within the company and
