Reports To: General Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift - 4:30pm to 1:00am, Mon - Fri

Wage: $18.00 + $1.50 Shift Differential When Applicable

Purpose of PositionEnsure that daily assigned Value Added work order(s) meet productivity goals, quality requirements and that customer expectations are being followed per the customer’s SOP’s and guidelines. This is to be accomplished through timely and periodic checks during the production process and documenting results of the audits conducted.

7. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods.
8. Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level.
9. Must be able to push, pull, remove and place product in various configurations, involving use of fingers, hands, arms, etc.…

Position Expectations

Productivity:

• Meet established hourly production standards and escalate all production issues per SOP.
• Review and understand the customer’s work instructions prior to working on any assigned orders.
• If applicable, keep visual goal chart updated hourly
