What's your mission:

Take full control of attraction channels: job boards, sourcing tools, social platforms—your recruiting playground

Run campaigns in co-op mode with Employer Branding to boost talent pipelines

Launch pilot tests and scout for untapped digital zones (new tools & platforms)

Track performance metrics like a pro gamer—optimize for high ROI and top-tier hires

Build smart, automated touchpoints to personalize candidate comms from start to onboarding

Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and upgrade recruiting flows using data and automation

What you bring & who you are:

8+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting operations, or talent marketing

You know your way around ATS, CRMs, and automation like they’re cheat codes

Talent market trends and digital attraction strategies? You've already completed those side quests

Strong communicator and stakeholder whisperer—collaboration is your multiplayer mode

Comfortable leading projects and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Curious, creative, and always ready to try the next tool or tactic
