We are Exellys, part of the Projective Group, and our mission is to attract, develop and retain the finest talent, by making training & coaching our top priority. We were founded in 2014, with offices in Mechelen (as well as Diegem and Amsterdam), and thanks to our 28 internal employees we recruit 100 young talents every year. Learning & development make up our DNA.

As a Tech Talent Scout, your goal is to recruit promising tech talent and guide them towards their best possible future. You don’t just recruit, you nurture, you care about young talent and you have their best interests at heart. That's why you strive to find the right match between candidates and companies.

Requirements

What will you be doing? 

• Reporting to the Area Lead, you will help guide and develop a team of technology professionals, including developers, testers, and analysts.
• Collaborate with other IT Team Leads (called Chapter Leads at ING) to ensure your team has the skills and capabilities to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to your team and support them in overcoming technical challenges.
• Work together with other IT Team Leads and Agile Coaches to develop and implement processes and methodologies that promote efficiency and productivity.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure your team delivers solutions that meet requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.
• As soon as you start, you’ll be part of an in-depth programme teaching you all the skills you need to become the best possible version of yourself.

The experience we would like to see

• 0-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition
• A degree in psychology, communication, business sciences or similar
• Strong fluency in Dutch + Fluent English
• French is a plus
• Affinity with IT
• You care deeply about young talent and you have their best interest at heart
  
• You enjoy engaging and interacting with people
  
• You are persistent until you get a reply to your messages
• You have a flexible attitude and excellent organisational skills
