Digital Solutions Support Specialist

In this role, you'll work closely with our Digital Solutions team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure our digital platforms are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You'll also assist in enhancing the member experience through product support, testing, and documentation, while serving as a subject matter expert on key systems.

Digital Solutions Support Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Test new products, features, and system configurations related to mobile and online banking
• Serve as an assistant to the project manager and expert on systems including Symitar and other connected platforms
• Monitor system performance and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain system procedures, documentation, and training materials
• Support system adoption efforts through internal education and marketing partnerships
• Create and maintain performance reports for management
• Assist with user access management and helpdesk ticket resolution
• Support compliance and security initiatives to protect member data
• Perform account maintenance and analyze system activity for anomalies

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital banking or a similar technical support role, preferably within a financial institution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented results
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms, project coordination, and service delivery best practices
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with compliance, IT, marketing, and member service teams
• Knowledge of ADA standards for web/mobile accessibility is a plus
