Your role

In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation in CT systems by turning market insights into exceptional service offerings. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and align strategies ensures comprehensive value and satisfaction for our customers.

Market & Customer Insight:

• Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new CT service offerings.

• Gather customer feedback from multiple channels to understand needs and pain points.

• Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advances in medical imaging technology.

Strategy & Roadmap Development:

• Work with product managers to define and align the vision and strategy for CT services with company objectives.

• Explore opportunities to bundle hardware, software, and services into integrated solutions.

• Build strong business cases for new services, considering market potential and financial impact.

Product Definition & Development:

• Turn market needs into detailed specifications for service offerings like preventative maintenance and remote diagnostics.

• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Establish service level agreements, pricing models, and commercialization strategies.

Go-to-Market & Commercialization:

• Partner with Product Marketing to plan and implement go-to-market strategies, including positioning and sales tools.

• Work with sales, marketing, and regional teams for successful service launch and adoption.

• Support training efforts to educate teams on product features and value propositions.

• Use product performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:

• Serve as the main liaison between Service delivery, R&D, and marketing teams.

• Advocate for customer-centric designs and enhancements in service offerings.

You are the right fit if you have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Service, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role within the medical device or healthcare technology industry, with a focus on imaging modalities (CT preferred).

• Proven experience in defining, launching, and managing service products or integrated solutions.

• Experience working in a global organization with diverse market needs.

• Knowledge of service delivery models, remote diagnostics, and predictive maintenance technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences (technical, clinical, commercial).

• Strong presentation skills.

• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25-30%).

And also nice to have

• An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a strong plus.

• Strong understanding of CT imaging principles, hardware, software, and clinical workflows

• Familiarity with hospital IT infrastructure, PACS, EMR, and cybersecurity considerations in a healthcare environment

Geography: The role is based in Best, The Netherlands.
