Senior Software Developer

Your mission

Are you excited by the idea of building tech that powers the aviation industry? At QOCO Systems, we develop business-critical SaaS products used by global aviation leaders, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing crew!

You’ll work on meaningful solution development projects, in an international environment, alongside customers and colleagues who are passionate about aviation and technology. Our solutions are build with .NET and Azure, and we’re also actively utilizing AI in software development to improve productivity and build smarter solutions.

Your profile

You have a solid background in software development and a passion for modern, cloud-based solutions. You’re not just a coder - you’re a team player, a problem solver, and someone who’s always looking to improve how things are built and delivered.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Experience: 6+ years in software development.
• Mindset: Collaborative, analytical, and comfortable working in an international setting.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

TECH YOU’LL WORK WITH

• Backend: .NET Core (C#)
• Cloud: Azure (e.g. Functions, App Services)
• Databases: PostgreSQL (SQL)
• Architecture: Event-driven microservices
• Testing: Unit testing frameworks and test case design
• Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Copilot 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new features and enhance existing ones
• Write clean, well-documented code
• Maintain and improve unit test coverage
• Participate in testing and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and work with the team to resolve them
• Keep documentation up to date with implementation changes
