We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Workforce Planning & Talent Management Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining workforce planning strategies that ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, the right skills, at the right time. The manager will partner closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, optimize internal talent pipelines, and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce planning models to align headcount, skills, and cost with business strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to link workforce plans with financial forecasts and budget processes.
  • Conduct workforce supply and demand analysis, scenario planning, and workforce cost modeling.
  • Identify critical roles, skill gaps, and workforce risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Talent Management:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to develop talent strategies that strengthen succession pipelines.
  • Drive initiatives for reskilling, upskilling, and career development aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the annual talent review process, ensuring robust succession and development plans.
  • Monitor attrition, retention, and mobility trends to inform proactive talent actions.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Build dashboards and reporting to track workforce and talent metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leaders on workforce and organizational design.

Collaboration & Change Leadership:

  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment across workforce planning, business strategy, and talent programs.
  • Serve as a thought partner on organizational effectiveness, spans & layers, and future of work strategies.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts related to workforce and talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or talent management.
  • Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm (HR strategy, organizational design, or workforce planning) strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced, high-growth organizations a plus.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning tools, HRIS systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Must be willing to work Eastcoast, USA hours as needed to align with our Headquarters.
  • Must be willing and able to travel globally for the role.
