Job Summary:
 

The Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit (SBU) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the important role of Program Security and Administration Support. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be program security support which includes processing of Digital Transfer Requests (DTRs), processing of program nominations, security support of customer visits, and open/close support. Secondary responsibilities will fall within three main categories: Provide direct support to the Program Manager, provide as-needed support for over 350 program employees within the Programs, and interface with staff across other Programs/Directorates within the Advanced Technology SBU.
 
The candidate must exhibit the utmost level of professionalism and use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the Directorate leadership team. You must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and will need to exhibit discretion when handling sensitive information.

This position is an onsite role located in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Process and maintain logs for program Digital Transfer Requests (DTR)
  • Personnel security support including processing program nominations and maintaining required documentation
  • Program customer support including program escorts for in-person meetings and Cnet meetings
  • Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to meeting minutes, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials
  • Program room support including open/close of program space
  • Manage calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minutes changes with attention to detail with many time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports and other associated tasking in a timely manner
  • Arrange for conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services for meetings and conferences
  • Submit visit requests via approved Raytheon tools
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with managers and administrative personnel

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting large employee populations, groups, or leaders
  • Experience with meeting scheduling and coordination, event planning, travel arrangements and/ or preparing reports
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Documented time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to non-routine requests and situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and data.
  • Evidence of being a team player who can concentrate on multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience in working independently as well as working in a team environment.
  • Evidence of being a self-starter with the ability to take appropriate initiative and independent judgement for assisting leaders, customers, employees, and others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology such as Zoom and SharePoint, and open to learning new tools and technology.
  • Experience working with Raytheon tools, such as CAFM, ServiceNow, Concur, SAP/APEX, RTime, etc.
  • Familiarity with Raytheon policies, procedures, forms, and processes.
