Fortune is searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our senior leaders on our Live Media Team. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Identify/spearhead key ad-hoc strategic projects; define and research new ideas + business opportunities, providing decision-support through data gathering, info analyzing, + presenting considerations to stakeholders.
- Spearhead budget planning process, creation of monthly/ quarterly materials, leading Q biz reviews, and managing P&L
- Collaborate to document key strategic initiatives for the MD and broader GTM team aligned to the company’s priorities.
- Support creation of updates, pitch decks, speeches, conference submissions, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
- Track high priority initiatives, identify + solve obstacles, cascading communications to ensure total alignment, ensuring collaboration from multiple teams/areas within co.
- Serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to exec; Act as a proxy
- Act as a thought partner
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in a business management or executive role
- Familiarity with productivity (e.g. Microsoft Office, Slack) & event management software: project management (e.g. Asana)
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
Compensation:
$125,000 -175,000 Total Compensation
