Job Description 

The Customer Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis.  Their responsibilities will range from partnering with merchants, marketing partners, and data science. They will perform data analysis within our Customer Data Warehouse (CRM) housed in Snowflake and will share findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through the creation of dashboards and presentations, all developed with the end user in mind. In addition to cadenced insights, deep-dive insights and ad-hoc analysis will be a primary responsibility for this role; ensuring the broader organization has actionable customer centric insights.

They will also be a key strategic partner across leadership to help customer opportunities for upcoming seasons. Excellence in analytics, storytelling and communication is key for this role.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Responsible for customer analytics and insights coverage
  • Manage ad-hoc analyses requests in support of the business across a variety of key stakeholders to help drive consumer first strategies and activations
  • Identify, develop and automate reporting/dashboard capabilities across key business priorities and questions
  • Lead comprehensive end-to-end process, from data exploration to presentation of key findings and actionable insights 
  • Provide an objective source of truth to assess campaigns, new and existing products, and marketing tactics  
  • Align learning agendas and own creation of measurement plans with cross functional partners and stakeholders 
  • Build effective relationships with core stakeholders – marketing, merchandising, promotions, regional leaders, and DTC analysts
  • Develop ad hoc queries and analyses that answer complex business questions

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Need to have:
    • 3+ years of data analytics, reporting, and product management, or other related experience 
    • Expertise in SQL (Snowflake – preferred; SQL Server, etc)
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI – preferred; Adobe Workspace, Tableau, etc.) 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to executives, non-technical and technical audiences 
    • Ability to consolidate and package results and insights into well-organized, consumable presentations with actionable recommendations and strategies 
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and activate data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience 
    • Strong project management and organizational skills 
    • Proficient in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 
    • Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without significant direct supervision  
  • Nice to have:
    • Expertise in Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred)
    • Experience with A/B testing
    • Comprehensive understanding of OMNI retailer
