KEY RESPONSIBILTIES: 

• Lead in defining the metrics and reporting methods for ecommerce performance on main KPIs, create dashboard functionality and routinely monitor and communicate the overall results of the business to support strategic planning. 

• Creating data summaries regularly to give the DTC team insights on brand performance. Use our BI tool Looker to create, update, and manage dashboards that help the business understand and respond quickly.  

• Improve our A/B testing reporting suite in Looker. Partner closely with DTC team and analyze impact of site optimizations. 

• Monitors trends in the quickly changing eCommerce marketplace, develops and presents strategies to capitalize on emerging trends. 

• Promote the use of data throughout the organization, spreading best practices and insights with teams from different functions.
