Alpha QA Lead

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

• Own test strategy, plan, and quality gates (entry/exit criteria, defect standards, sign-offs)
• Lead end-to-end functional testing across trade lifecycle (capture through settlement/exceptions)
• Manage SIT/UAT coordination: test cycles, stakeholders, execution tracking, and daily status
• Run defect triage with product/engineering; drive root-cause and re-test validation
• Oversee integration and data validation (interfaces, reconciliations, downstream feeds/reporting)
• Prioritize and guide regression automation for critical flows; improve coverage and cycle time
• Produce release readiness reporting and test evidence/traceability for governance needs

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ QA experience in financial services, preferably capital markets
• Strong knowledge of trade processing/post-trade concepts and controls
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA/Xray, ALM) and basic SQL/data validation
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications:

• Test automation experience (e.g., Selenium/Cypress/API automation) and CI/CD integration
• Exposure to non-functional testing coordination (performance/resiliency)
