CFO -Automotive

Our client, a premier luxury car dealership, is seeking a CFO to lead their financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the dealership's long-term goals.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, tax, and treasury.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Present financial performance, projections, and strategies to the board of directors and executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the luxury automotive or retail sector.
• Proven track record of financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
