WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Evaluate and assess the financial performance of projects, initiatives, and overall business operations.
• Monitor industry trends and economic factors to provide context for financial analyses.
• Assist in the development and improvement of financial processes and procedures.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholders.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
